Wholesome, high-protein meals handcrafted by Chef Shantai — where global flavor meets balanced nutrition. Each dish is designed to nourish your body, delight your taste buds, and bring convenience to your week.

Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal if you order 10 meals)

Cajun Turkey Alfredo with Broccoli - Lean ground turkey simmered with garlic, Cajun seasoning, and a lighter Alfredo sauce. Served with protein pasta and roasted broccoli for a bold, creamy, balanced dish. Calories: ~540, Protein: ~50g


Chimichurri Chicken Plate - Grilled chicken thighs topped with fresh chimichurri, served with roasted baby potatoes and blistered green beans. Bright, garlicky, and full of healthy fats. Calories: ~470, Protein: ~47g


Thai Basil Chicken Stir-Fry - Ground chicken sautéed with peppers, onions, and Thai basil in a light savory-sweet sauce. Served with jasmine rice. Fragrant, fast, and macro-friendly. Calories: ~440, Protein: ~45g


Lemon Butter Cod Bowl - Flaky cod baked in lemon butter and herbs, served with quinoa, steamed spinach, and roasted carrots. Light and nourishing with simple clean flavors. Calories: ~460, Protein: ~42g


Beef & Broccoli Ginger Bowl - Thin-sliced beef tossed in a ginger-garlic soy glaze with crisp broccoli. Served over cauliflower rice for a lighter take on the classic. Calories: ~500, Protein: ~44g

 

Payment is due each Friday by noon for delivery that weekend.

Delivery: Choose between Sunday PM or Monday AM delivery. Delivery fee applies.

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal. Contact us if you need pescatarian or vegan meal substitutes.
