Skinny Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese or 3/4 cup if you like it stronger
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- salt to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
