  • Citrus Chipotle BBQ Chicken Breakfast with Spaghetti Squash, Asparagus and 2 Fried Eggs  (2)
  • Whole Wheat Pancakes with 100% Maple Syrup, Chicken Apple Sausage and Fruit (2) 

 Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal)

  • Slow Cooked Beef Brisket (w/side of gravy), Brown Rice and Garlic Green Beans
  • Keto Club Chicken - Roasted Chicken Breast, Swiss Cheese, Spinach and Crispy Turkey Bacon, Cauliflower with Red Pepper (Add Potatoes for Non-Keto)
  • Sweet Chili Pan Fried Salmon, Black Rice, Zucchini Stir-Fry
  • Ground Turkey Enchilada Bowl - Pinto Beans, Spinach, Spanish Brown Rice with Corn (side of Salsa)
  • Italian Ground Turkey Spaghetti with Whole Wheat Noodles, Broccoli, Garlic Bread

Entrees:

  • Vegetarian Steak, Brown Rice (Gravy on the side) and Garlic Green Beans
  • Keto Club Chick'n - Roasted Chick'n Breast, Swiss Cheese (optional), Spinach and Vegetarian Bacon, Cauliflower with Red Pepper (Add Potatoes for Non-Keto)
  • Sweet Chili Roasted Cauliflower, Black Rice, Zucchini Stir-Fry
  • Ground Crumbles Enchilada Bowl - Pinto Beans, Spinach, Spanish Brown Rice with Corn (side of Salsa)

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
