  • Pan-Fried Salmon with Roasted Red Pepper Garlic Glaze, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Zucchini.
  • Shrimp Fajitas, Spanish Rice, Zucchini Stir-Fry
  • Arriabata with Whole Wheat Noodles and Italian Turkey Sausage, Roasted Broccoli.
  • Chicken Sliders: Brioche Bun, Chicken Thighs, Chef Special Sauce, Marinated Cucumbers, Lettuce (option for lettuce wrap), Potatoes
Vegetarian/Vegan Meals:

  • Arriabata with Whole Wheat Noodles and Italian Vegan Sausage, Roasted Broccoli.

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
