  • Citrus Chipotle Chicken, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Garlic Green Beans

  • Sweet Chili Shrimp Potstickers, Japanese Fried Rice, Vegie Stir-Fry

  • Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers, chimichurri rice, Corn, Zucchini, Spinach



All meals can substitute grains with extra vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
