Meal Prep Menu: Week of May 29, 2022

Breakfast

  • No breakfast this week!

 Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal if you order 10 meals)

  • Sweet Tuscany Chicken Bowl: Brown Rice, Black Beans, Fried Corn, Sauteed Onions, Spinach, Avocado topped with Sriracha Chipotle Sauce
  • Bourbon Turkey Chili stuffed Baked Sweet Potato served with Broccoli
  • Shrimp Scampi with Spaghetti Noodles (or Zucchini Noodles), Asparagus
  • Teriyaki Chicken, Garlic Noodles, Mixed Veggies
  • Everything Bagel Salmon served with Chipotle Honey Sauce, Mashed Potatoes (or mashed cauliflower), Zucchini Stir-Fry

Vegetarian/Vegan Meals:

  • Veggie Scampi with Spahetti Noodles (or Zucchini Noodles), Asparagus
  • Teriyaki Chik'n, Garlic Noodles, Mixed Veggies
  • Homestyle Beyond Beef Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Zucchini Stir-Fry


All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
