Meal Prep Menu Week of March 12, 2023
Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal if you order 10 meals)
- Orange chicken, basmati rice, roasted broccoli and onions.
- Szchuan Salmon Lettuce Wraps with Sweet Ginger Soy Sauce
- Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps, celery slaw, blue cheese fondue
- Blackened salmon Alfredo Rolls, whole wheat noodles or zucchini noodles). Asparagus (meal prep)
- Turkey chili, brown rice, roasted broccoli. (On the Side) Toppings include cheddar, Pico de gallo, low fat sour cream
Vegetarian/Vegan Meals:
Entrees:

- Szchuan Fried Cauliflower Lettuce Wraps with Sweet Ginger Soy Sauce
- Buffalo chick'n lettuce wraps, celery slaw, plant based blue cheese fondue
- Blackened Veggie Alfredo, whole wheat noodles or zucchini noodles). Asparagus (meal prep)
- Black bean and lentil chili, brown rice, roasted broccoli. (On the Side) Toppings include vegan cheddar, Pico de gallo
All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
