Meal Prep Menu Week of March 12, 2023

Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal if you order 10 meals)

  • Orange chicken, basmati rice, roasted broccoli and onions.
  • Szchuan Salmon Lettuce Wraps with Sweet Ginger Soy Sauce
  • Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps, celery slaw, blue cheese fondue
  • Blackened salmon Alfredo Rolls, whole wheat noodles or zucchini noodles). Asparagus (meal prep)
  • Turkey chili, brown rice, roasted broccoli. (On the Side) Toppings include cheddar, Pico de gallo, low fat sour cream

Vegetarian/Vegan Meals: 

Entrees:

  • Orange chick'n, basmati rice, roasted broccoli and onions.
  • Szchuan Fried Cauliflower Lettuce Wraps with Sweet Ginger Soy Sauce
  • Buffalo chick'n lettuce wraps, celery slaw, plant based blue cheese fondue
  • Blackened Veggie Alfredo, whole wheat noodles or zucchini noodles). Asparagus (meal prep)
  • Black bean and lentil chili, brown rice, roasted broccoli. (On the Side) Toppings include vegan cheddar, Pico de gallo

      All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
