- Miso Salmon with Sake Butter, White Rice (you can sub brown rice), Lemon Garlic Asparagus
- Mongolian Beef and Broccoli with Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- Eggplant Parmesan with Garlic Spaghetti Noodles, Sauteed Kale
- Coconut Curry Shrimp, Vegetable Stir-Fry, Coconut Rice
