 Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal if you order 10 meals)

  • Mediterranean Stuffed Bell Peppers (Italian Turkey Sausage, Rice, Kale, Tomatoes, Feta, Zucchini, Zhoug Sauce)
  • Miso Salmon with Sake Butter, White Rice (you can sub brown rice), Lemon Garlic Asparagus
  • Mongolian Beef and Broccoli with Roasted Sweet Potatoes
  • Eggplant Parmesan with Garlic Spaghetti Noodles, Sauteed Kale
  • Coconut Curry Shrimp, Vegetable Stir-Fry, Coconut Rice

  • Mongolian Beef and Broccoli with Roasted Sweet Potatoes

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
