  • Sweet Potato Eggs Benedict (1) 
  • Sweet Potato and Spinach Breakfast Burrito - Italian Turkey Sausage, Pico, Spicy Sauce (2)

 Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal)

  • Coconut Curry Chicken with Vegetables and Green Tea Rice
  • Spaghetti with Ground Turkey and Whole Wheat Noodles, Broccoli
  • Crab Cakes and Garlic Noodles with Spinach
  • Lemon Pepper Cod, Mashed Potatoes and Lemon Garlic Spinach
  • Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry with Ground Turkey and Coconut Rice

  • Spaghetti with Ground Crumbles  and Whole Wheat Noodles, Broccoli

  • Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry and Coconut Rice

 

 

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
